Below are some outdoor activities to escape the indoors and get some fresh air!


  1. Read a book in the park
  2. Go on a walk or bike ride
  3. Plant some plants such as flowers
  4. Express your feelings in a notebook
  5. Watch the sunrise or sunset at the beach.
  6. Make a charcuterie board and have a picnic
  7. Draw or paint a masterpiece (or something simple!)
  8. Travel to a new location and explore all the places there
  9. Go to the gym, just exercising in general can boost your mood
  10. Browse through a bookstore with a friend and pick books for each other
